Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your item to arrive. THESE SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Because TJ&M uses several vendors to ensure quality products, orders may arrive separately.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Damages

TJ&M Publishing takes care of our own. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at customercare@tjmpublishing.com along with a photo of the damaged item and we will be more than happy to rectify the situation. BUYERS’ REMORSE PURCHASES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Order Cancellations

You the customer have 24 hours to cancel an order after purchase. All sales are final and will not be refunded. Contact us at customercare@tjmpublishing.com

DUE TO THE SPREAD OF COVID-19, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING THE RETURN OF ANY CLOTHING ITEMS. NO REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED AT THIS TIME. PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR ANY CHANGES.
